Tanner was adopted from Animal Control as a puppy and returned nearly two years later. He is not well-adjusted and is often fearful. Despite that, he is equally as often a very loving and playful boy. He does well with dogs, but shows a little too much interest in cats. Slow introductions work best for him. He's very active and has a lot of potential in the right hands, but is somewhat of a "project" at this point.
